Using a calm colour palette in soft tones of clay and chalk, the large, light and luxurious rooms are all stylishly furnished, with plump cushioned sofas and chunky rustic wood in the spacious sitting room, a smart white state-of-the-art kitchen diner, and a well-equipped media room with a library of books and DVDs.
The chic master suite has French doors on to its own private entertaining terrace with a ping pong table, offering flexibility for families or groups of friends, each of the three twin bedrooms can be made up for use as a super king size bed. In the hillside, tree-shaded gardens, a twelve metre infinity pool is placed to enjoy the splendid views, joined by a pool house with kitchenette and outdoor shower.

Due to the position of these villas we highly recommend car hire to ensure you have access to a variety of tavernas, amenities and supermarkets.
Please advise how you would like the beds to be made up on booking.
Please note the use of P20 sun cream and Mrs White’s Mosquito Repellent is banned in Kalamaki Bay House as these particular brands can cause very bad staining on sheets, towels and sun beds. The owners of the villa therefore ask that guests do not bring P20 sun cream or Mrs White’s spray with them on holiday and do not use either inside the villa or in any of the outside areas
The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is contactable 6 days per week. The concierge will gladly arrange a selection of additional services, most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost.
